Scope of Work
Robert Reincke will prepare a business plan that conforms to the standard criteria suggested by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Citizen and Immigration Services). Each business plan is uniquely developed based upon the criteria of the business. Due to Robert's years of experience, he ensures that the business plan will contain the vital categories that are most likely reviewed by the Department of Homeland Security. These include, at a minimum, an executive summary, company mission, target market, industry analysis, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, operational strategy (product/service detail and strategy), pricing detail/strategy, promotional/marketing strategy, location analysis, regulations/permits, timeline/milestones, organizational chart, staff details, financial analysis and summary, and pro-forma income statements (where not already provided).
Turnaround Time
|
Robert has written professional business plans as quickly as within 24 hours when the information to write the plan has been made readily available by his attorney clients. Normal turn-around time is two (2) weeks. This allows for the time it takes to obtain information, write the plan, and present the plan to the client/immigration attorney for feedback. Requested turn-around times or “Quick Turnaround” of less than two (2) weeks are billed at a higher fee as noted in “Pricing.” However, most business plans are turned around in well under two (2) weeks given that Robert limits the number of business plans he works on in a given time period.

Process
The benefit of working with Robert Reincke is his ability to, first, obtain the appropriate factual and strategic information with the client/entrepreneur; second, do extensive additional research; and, third, weave complex data into a business plan. As an entrepreneur and professional writer himself, Robert has the unique capacity to understand the "language" of his entrepreneurial, international clientele and the sophisticated requirements of his lawyer clients. He is therefore more able to quickly identify the key elements of an independent entrepreneurial client’s business than other business plan writers.
As noted under the “Pricing” tab, after initial questions are obtained about the general nature of the business, Mr. Reincke will prepare a letter of agreement that will identify scope of work and fees. Upon receipt of the full retainer, Mr. Reincke will submit a detailed, customized questionnaire to the client/immigration attorney in order to obtain further information. Additional emails will be submitted to narrow down vital information as required on an individual basis.
Upon receipt of all initial information Robert will write the business plan. He will submit the plan to the client and immigration attorney for review and corrections. The plan will be submitted as both a PDF and Word/Excel version so that the client and/or attorney can make changes at any time directly on the plan or indicate where they would like changes to be made. Robert will make suggested corrections within three (3) days of resubmission (or sooner for "Quick Turnaround"). If there are no communicated changes within two (2) weeks, Mr. Reincke will consider the plan correct and complete and officially close the file. Business plans inherently change with time, therefore any changes that occur after two (2) weeks are subject to hourly fees, which will be discussed in advance.
