Fixed prices are based upon hourly estimates which vary depending on size and complexity of the business. Higher fees generally entail businesses with a large number of employees, branches or divisions in more than one city or state, more than one operation (or holding companies), or other complications like multiple entity ownerships.
A fixed fee will be calculated based upon initial review of the business. In order to determine a fixed price please contact Mr. Reincke via email with the following information:
What is the initial investment?
What is the anticipated year one revenue?
- What is the nature of the business?

After answers to the above questions are obtained, Mr. Reincke will prepare a letter of agreement that will identify scope of work and fees. Upon receipt of the full retainer, Mr. Reincke will submit a detailed, customized questionnaire to the client/immigration attorney in order to obtain further information. Additional emails will be submitted to narrow down vital information as required on an individual basis.
Upon receipt of initial information Robert will write the business plan. He will submit the plan to the client and immigration attorney for review and corrections. The plan will be submitted as both a PDF and Word/Excel version so that the client and/or attorney can make changes at any time directly on the plan or indicate where they would like changes to be made. Robert will make suggested corrections within three (3) days of resubmission (or sooner for "Quick Turnaround"). If there are no communicated changes within three (3) weeks, Mr. Reincke will consider the plan correct and complete and officially close the file. Business plans inherently change with time, therefore any changes that occur after three (3) weeks are subject to hourly fees, which will be discussed in advance.
